The ATX® Parallel Multi Grip Bar offers the neutral/parallel grip position in 4 different grip widths!
With a length of 200 cm and a shelf width of 133 cm, this special barbell is suitable for use in universal weight benches/shelves and rack shelves and enables a wide range of exercise variations for training the chest, back, shoulder, biceps and triceps muscles.
The ATX® Parallel Multi Grip Bar in 200 cm length fits into all racks/shelves with a shelf width of 1150 to 1240 mm.
