With the kettlebell handle, you can adapt your training flexibly and design your kettlebell to suit your personal requirements. This variable kettlebell handle allows you to quickly and easily use different weight plates and thus change the weight individually.

Solid steel handle: Made from a robust solid steel shaft with a diameter of 30 mm, this handle is extremely durable and stable.

Universal weight plate holder: The holder for weight plates also has a diameter of 30 mm, suitable for all standard weight plates.

Optimum dimensions: With a holder length of 18 cm and a total length of 37 cm, the handle offers enough space for different weights. The inner grip area of approx. 12.5 cm ensures a secure and comfortable hold during training.

Clasps included: Two fasteners are included to securely fasten the weight plates to the handle.

Light and handy: With a weight of approx. 4 kg, the handle is ideal for variable kettlebell exercises.
