Keiser innovation has once again created a new standard. The Rack system integrates the effectiveness of dumbbells and the unlimited workout possibilities of Keiser pneumatic exercise equipment. The advantage is that you can increase your power, improve stability and train strength without negatively affecting tendons and soft tissue.
The Power Rack combines pneumatic units with an Olympic barbell. One can choose to train with air pressure, with weights, or with a combination of both. This allows for a variety of exercises with which the athlete can train strength and stability. Research has shown that athletes who trained in the Power Rack were able to increase their overall strength, had more control over the body and more explosiveness. The Power Rack is popular with many professional sports teams.
