Intensive stretching

The inversion bench is also known as an overhead trainer. With the inversion bench the spine is stretched and the trunk muscles are stretched. By means of the adjusted angle of inclination of the bench, the intensity of stretching and extension is influenced. It is a passive type of training, the stretching is achieved with the help of gravity, not through an active effort of the exerciser.
