FW-412 Negative bench

The bench allows effective chest muscle training. A solid and extremely stable frame construction ensures safety during the workout. The support pins for the dumbbell bar can be locked in eight heights, allowing a very precise adjustment to the arm length. The foot section can be adjusted in length to find an ideal body position for exercise. The comfortable bench with double stitched seams and material reinforcement in the head area supports the back during the workout. Four weight holders provide enough space for storage of weight plates on the negative bench. The equipment frame made of solid steel, is sandblasted, frame color silver, powder coated.
