This barbell bar from our Athletic series is suitable for medium to heavy weight training.
The barbells are mounted on needle and ball bearings and ensure silky smooth, jerk-free rotation. With a handle diameter of 28 mm and precise knurling with international grip width markings of 810 mm, this barbell fits perfectly in the hand and provides a good, comfortable grip. With a maximum load capacity of up to 250 kg, this bar can be used for beginners and advanced users, in the home gym or in the studio.
