This ECO barbell bar in 220 cm length is a great value 50 mm barbell bar for all classic barbell exercises. With a maximum load capacity of up to 200 kg, the bar is ideal for medium-weight strength training or powerlifting. Thanks to the internationally standardized dimensions, all conventional strength exercises such as bench presses, neck presses, deadlifts or barbell curls can be performed professionally.
With a handle diameter of 28 mm and a grip width mark of 810 mm, the bar always fits perfectly in the hand. Thanks to the generous internal dimensions of 1320 mm, the bar fits on all standardized barbell racks and racks. The mounts with brass bushings ensure good concentricity. An ideal entry-level barbell that meets all the relevant requirements for ambitious barbell training.
