The high-quality foam filling has low rebound properties and offers high sound absorption.

The sheathing is very hard-wearing and the blocks have ventilation nozzles on all sides to prevent the sheathing from bursting due to abrupt impact.

The integrated Velcro strips allow the blocks to be securely connected / stacked together.

The stop wedges, which are also attached via the Velcro strips, prevent the barbell from rolling if necessary.
