The ATX Short Multi Grip Bar is especially suitable for training the biceps and triceps muscles as well as the shoulder and chest muscles.

- Four different grip variants with upper and lower grip
- Two grip widths - medium distance 15 cm and 40 cm
- Slightly angled handles for a more relaxed exercise that is easy on the joints
- Ø 30 mm handles with knurling for optimum grip
