The ATX® Short Multi Grip Bar is particularly suitable for training the biceps/triceps and chest muscles. The 30° inclined grip position relieves the joints, especially when performing tighter press variations such as tricep presses while lying or sitting.
This dumbbell is also ideal for tight bicep hammer curls.
The flat, straight design means that the dumbbell can be used on both sides, allowing 4 different grip variations. The sturdy design made of thick-walled oval profile steel tubing and solid steel weight plate holder guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity.
