Holding the Jump-Tube with both hands - as if you were trying to do pull-ups - try to hook the Jump-Tube into the next higher step with an upward movement while hanging freely in the air.

We recommend the use of a fall protection mat!

Remove all protruding attachments (e.g. J-hooks, safeties etc.) before jumping and climbing exercises, as these can cause serious injuries in the event of a fall! Attaching a climbing rope enables a relatively comfortable and safe descent. The Salmon Ladder must be anchored to the wall and ceiling! Price per device!
