With the ATX® Curved Hammer Bar, the biceps and triceps muscles can be trained extremely effectively.

The special shape of the bar allows the athlete to go through the full range of motion during training without having to deflect the exercise, as is unavoidable with normal barbells. The result is increased muscle contraction and an extreme pumping effect.
