• Each washer has opposing grips that ensure optimum handling and facilitate loading and unloading on barbell bars.
• The color-coded outer ring and the raised kilogram indication make it easy to quickly identify the weights.
• A special design feature is the raised dodecagon (12-corner) on the inside, which gives the plates a powerful appearance.
• The metal inner ring made of stainless steel supports quick and safe handling.
