The new ATX® Belt Squat provides the best possible training results with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.

The advantage of the Belt Squat is that the upper body can be kept completely upright during training and the legs can be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly through the training belt from the hips to the leg muscles, which completely relieves the entire back and spine. Due to the absolutely correct posture can be trained with significantly lower weights and at the same time much more effective.
