As this machine was designed with comfort in mind, the handles and arm cushions have been designed so that a correct posture can be easily adopted. Since the seat height is adjustable, both upper and lower chest muscles can be exercised and the entire chest develops. The Air350 Seated Butterfly is designed to minimize the risk of overstretching. Since the cushions and the arms of the device are largely adjustable, this risk is very low compared to other pec decks. Since both arms move separately, you can also train only one arm to strengthen it.
