Compatible with 30 mm weight plates: The bar fits all standard weight plates with a hole diameter of 30 mm.

Rubber-coated grip surface: For optimum grip, the grip surface is rubber-coated and can be disinfected, making it particularly easy to clean and hygienic.

Chrome-plated holders: The weight plate mounts are chrome-plated and have a diameter of 30 mm, which provides additional stability.

Practical length: With a total length of 140 cm and a weight plate holder of approx. 200 mm per side, this bar offers enough space for various training requirements.

Lightweight: The aerobic bar weighs around 1 kg and is therefore ideal for aerobic workouts and light strength training.

Spring locks included: The scope of delivery includes 2 spring locks that securely fix your weight plates to the bar.
