9 Circuit machines - Strength endurance circuit

This fitness circuit with 9 stations covers all the major muscle groups in the human body. Thanks to a hydraulic system, the power circuit always works in two directions (protagonist and antagonist) and therefore enables effective and fast training. No weights are required and the training experience is very gentle and easy on the joints. The training can be controlled in circuit mode using a light column/traffic light. For many people, 20-30 minutes of training 2-3 times a week is enough to noticeably strengthen the entire musculature, even at an advanced age!

The circuit is being replaced by an EGYM circuit and is therefore no longer required.
