These new polyurethane-coated weight plates are based on the latest state of the art in weight plate production. Polyurethane (PUR or PU) is a special plastic from the urethane group. The high-quality polyurethane mixture of our plates has an optimum degree of hardness combined with elastic properties; the PU coating has an extremely high tear resistance and is extremely insensitive and resistant to impacts, abrasion, scratches or chipping.

The patented 3-grip design with a high-end finish ensures perfect handling at all times.

The washers are equipped with a precision stainless steel ring, enabling smooth and frictionless loading and unloading of the holders. This makes the discs very durable, even under extreme, continuous use. The matt, silky surface is color-fast and therefore resistant to color fading. Furthermore, the material does not form any fumes or odors and is therefore absolutely odorless.

Order information

The processing fee for the individual customer logo is a one-off charge of €80 per order, regardless of the quantity. The delivery time for your customized weight plates is approx. 4 - 5 weeks from confirmation of the file.

Note: To produce your unique weight plates, we only need a digital file of your motif template (JPG, .AI or .EPS) with a resolution of approx. 3000 x 3000 pixels. Our graphics department will be happy to assist you with the development and design and will send you the design for approval before production.
