Pilates in all its facets - that's what awaits participants at the "Pilates Conference" on March 11 in Karlsruhe. The IFAA's varied and challenging congress program will focus on two things: body and mind.
The IFAA is kicking off the 2023 event season with an exciting continuing education day in a great atmosphere. On Saturday, March 11, Pilates fans and trainers will have the opportunity to intensify their practice and learn about different approaches, methods and concepts in Pilates training at the Pfitzenmeier Premium Resort Karlsruhe.
The program
Between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, a total of 14 masterclasses are on the course schedule. They will be led by five renowned and internationally recognized Pilates professionals Christiane Reiter, Kerstin Bredehorn, Timur Misirlioglu, Stephanie Ludwig and Martin Neumaier.
In addition to innovative course profiles (including combinations with other forms of training), the focus is also on the use of special Pilates equipment, which provides even more variety in Pilates courses. All small equipment can be tested directly in the courses.
Additionally with online specials
In addition to the live congress, the organizer is planning an extensive streaming program. For those who cannot be there live, there will be an online congress with six selected master classes at a special price. There will also be a free infostream live at IFAA-TV on Twitch with exciting talks, insides, product presentations, course content, etc.
