The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) subjected fitbox to a two-stage assessment process to obtain a statement about the company's future viability. As a result, fitbox receives the award as "Employer of the Future".
Companies are significantly determined in their future viability by the topics of digitalization and sustainability, among others. In order to be able to cover these topics accordingly in a running company, competent employees are required. Accordingly, the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) has made it its business to support companies in attracting potential employees.
"We are really more than proud to be perceived so positively by future employees in the highly competitive labor market. However, this image that we project to the outside world is largely shaped from within. We therefore benefit from the regular exchange with employees, the challenges that we master together and that weld us closer together, and of course also from the positive experiences of our customers and employees, which ultimately make this company a sustainable, innovative and future-proof franchise brand."
Dr. Björn Schultheiss, CMO and Co-Founder fitbox
In order to be able to make a statement about future viability, each company is subjected to a two-stage assessment process consisting of a questionnaire developed by experts and a touch-point analysis with social listening. The second phase in particular is highly informative, as the experiences of customers and employees are incorporated into the assessment and lead to an authentic result.
Through its online presence on platforms such as Facebook, kununu, LinkedIn and also Google reviews, fitbox is seen as a company that is both sustainable, innovative and also fit for the future, thus securing the award as "Employer of the Future".
"In the more difficult war for talents and completely new challenges around the generation Z, this award will help our Franchisepartner:innen to position themselves positively and future-proof as an employer brand to the outside world, to consequently receive more applications than the competition."
