The Respiration Symposium powered by Idiag is aimed at gym operators who want to reorient themselves and integrate the topic of respiration into their concept in a new and more targeted way.
Idiag, as the manufacturer of the Respiration Tower, would like to clarify and highlight the importance of respiratory muscle training.
