Last year, the German Nutrition Society stated: "Germany has never been this fat!" Unhealthy nutrition, obesity and its consequences, lack of exercise - these are ubiquitous issues that affect the whole of society.
Nutrition coaches are therefore more in demand than ever. This is because they are familiar with professional nutrition and weight coaching, can develop exercise concepts, and are familiar with various forms of eating disorders.
With the further training of the IST study institute to the "nourishing coach" participants can professionalize themselves in the nourishing consultation and become active as independent advisors, since they are prepared for the business startup.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, the IST-Studieninstitut grants a 10% discount on the tuition fee if interested parties register for the October start 2018. The deadline for registration is September 16, 2018. Combination with other discounts is excluded.
