With a handle diameter of 50 mm, this fat bar demands everything from your grip strength during training. So if you want to develop brute forearms and grip strength, this special bar is just right for you. However, biceps and triceps muscles can also be ideally trained thanks to the optimum angle. The optimal shape ensures wrist-friendly training. Made from Ø 50 mm steel tube with a black satin finish, this bar is compatible with all standard weight plates and fasteners with an internal diameter of 50/51 mm
Ideal for biceps curls, biceps reverse curls, triceps presses or front raises for the shoulder and trapezius muscles.
