Effectively train back extensors

The hyperextension bench strengthens the back. While the inversion bench ensures a gentle stretching of the back extensor, it is trained particularly efficiently with the hyperextension bench. The muscle strands of the erector spinae muscle run close to the left and right sides of the spine and are responsible for straightening the back. Thus, the hyperextension bench allows training of the posterior region of the trunk muscles. It also trains the large gluteal muscle and the leg biceps.

Safe execution

The hyperextension bench from runner convinces with its various adjustment possibilities. The leg support is adjustable both vertically and horizontally. The training angle allows both a horizontal back extension and a 45° back extension. The special structural design of the frame provides special stability.
