The Glute Ham Trainer allows for a very effective workout. The split crescent thigh rollers and knee bar are extremely comfortable and minimize uncomfortable pressure pain during exercise. The angled foot rollers make it easy to get on and always provide the ideal fit for different ankle/foot sizes. The height of the rollers can be adjusted quickly and easily. The width adjustment of the device can be adapted to any body size and can be locked against wobbling with an additional turning latch. The integrated support handles provide safe entry/exit. A small step makes it easier to climb onto the device. Hooks on the frame allow you to attach resistance bands to increase the intensity of the exercises.

The frame is made of 4mm thick steel, sandblasted and powder coated in any color (RAL) according to the customer's wishes.
