The ATX® Technique Plate, also known as the Education Disc, is available in four weight classes from 1.5 to 5 kg and is made of high-quality plastic. These educational weight plates are ideal for beginners to get started in weightlifting and barbell training by helping to refine movements. Thanks to their easy handling, they are an excellent learning aid for all age groups, especially children and young people.
