These J-Hooks are extremely solid and stable, made of 10 mm sheet steel and hold every bar securely. With a load capacity of up to 450 kg per pair, these J-hooks enable safe, performance-oriented training in the power rack. Whether for bench presses, squats or overhead presses - these J-hooks simply give you a secure feeling. These accessories also have a first-class finish and are therefore extremely durable. All-round protection thanks to internal and external protectors made of special plastic.
