Dips and bar supports are part of the classic repertoire of bodyweight exercises and are making a comeback in the calisthenics scene. It is not uncommon for dips to be performed with well over 100 kg of additional weight. Our solidly constructed dip bar allows loads of any intensity - and can be easily attached directly to the RIG or rack. Compatible with all ATX® RIGs and 800 series power racks (and generally all 8 x 8 cm racks with a 21 mm hole)!
