Whether color, text/lettering, company logo or creative design, we coat this high-quality powerlifting barbell with your personal motif of choice - there are virtually no limits to your creativity! The disc holders are hard chrome-plated and guarantee maximum resistance to abrasion, end caps are also coated with your desired motif!

In addition to its outstanding appearance, this barbell bar impresses with first-class technical characteristics which are optimally specified for the specific requirements of a first-class powerlifting bar. The high-strength special steel of this barbell bar with 206,000 PSI and the optimally matched mechanical characteristics of strength><toughness guarantee the typical characteristics of a professional powerlifting barbell.

High-quality material components and excellent workmanship ensure perfect handling, a high dynamic load capacity of up to 700 kg and a long service life. With a handle diameter of 29 mm and the extra coarse 1.5 knurling, the barbell always sits perfectly and securely in the hand. The pulley holders with extra-long loading surface are equipped with self-lubricating, maintenance-free graphite-bronze bushings and ensure silky smooth rotation.

The bar is coated using state-of-the-art technology in our in-house production facility in Wassenberg!

The coating can be applied partially or over the entire handle bar in full color design!

Furthermore, 2 different color effects are possible - metallic or fully opaque. In Full Color Design, the colors are fully opaque; in the metallic effect, the steel structure shines through the layer of paint. Please let us know your preferred variant when you send us your desired motif. You will find detailed information on processing further down in the text.

Submission of your individual motif

**To produce your unique Full Color Design barbell bar with your individual design, we need a design template.

Only vector graphics can be processed. The use of pixel graphics such as images is not possible. All fonts must be converted to curves. Please use our instructions and our design template to help you create your design. You can download these here as a PDF file and use them to design your motif.

*Note* Dumbbell bars in your individual design are excluded from exchange! (general defects are of course excluded!)
