This set of five ATX® Foam Grips offers a comprehensive selection of traction grips that are ideal for a variety of strength training exercises. Included are:

The handles are made of robust, thick-walled steel and have a comfortable neoprene coating that provides an excellent grip and withstands even intensive use. Their ergonomic shape supports grip strength and optimizes muscle tension.

Thanks to the extended grip fin, the stability of the wrists is improved and the elbows remain at an ideal angle for maximum muscle contraction. The handles are made of 8 mm thick steel and have a 3 mm thick neoprene coating, which also protects the equipment from scratches. The mounting hole is compatible with carabiners from 6 to 10 mm in diameter.
